Obituary of David Larry Cook

Cook. David Larry, age 69 of Mt. Juliet, TN passed away on June 30, 2016. Mr. Cook was devoted to the Lord; a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and he loved to watch his grandchildren play sports. He will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by parents, James & Marie Cook and brother, Ron Walker. He is survived by daughter, Staci (Loren) Smith; son, Scott (Laurie) Cook; siblings, Joe Cook, Tom (Peggy) Cook, Lynda Hinson, Betty (J.W.) Glass, Molly Keeton, and Martha (Wayne) Qualls; grandchildren, Foxx Cook, Blaine Smith, Zachary Smith, Lily Smith and Crew Smith; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Cathy Elliott and Estelle Sullivan. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00pm on Sunday, July 3rd at Sellars Chapel in Mt. Juliet with Mike Hinson officiating. Interment will follow service at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with Loren Smith, Scott Cook, Foxx Cook, Blaine Smith, Paul Davis, Nathan Hinson and Zachary Smith serving as Pallbearers.
