Obituary of Betty R. Tate

An open graveside service for Betty R. Tate will be Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Cedar Grove Cemetery with Brother Kevin Medlin officiating. Mrs. Tate, 83, passed away on October 26, 2016 following an extended illness. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry N. Tate, parents, Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Rhea Roller, three sisters, Kathryn Rosenbaum, Colleen Lawson, Sue Ranson, and three brothers Solomon Rhea Roller, Jr. Douglas Roller and Sammy Joe Roller. She is survived by sister, Peggy Horner Tribble of Lebanon, brothers Henry Roller of Castillian Springs and Tommy (Dottie) Roller of Ashville AL, God-children and nephews, Keith and Seth Horner, sisters-in-law, Pat Roller and Neddie Roller of Lebanon, brother and sister-in-law Joe and Mary Lou Tate of Clintwood VA, and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church Building Fund or charity of your choice.
