Obituary of Michael Timothy Bell

Mr. Michael Timothy Bell - age 53 of Lafayette, passed away on Tuesday evening, February 28, 2012 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin. Funeral Services for Michael Timothy Bell were conducted Friday at 1 p.m. from the Alexander Funeral Home. Interment followed in the Scott Cemetery. On January 13, 1959, Michael was born in Belle Glade, Florida to George Roland Bell and Christine Sue Spivey Bell. He was one of three siblings born to this union. Besides his parents; one brother, Anthony Roland Bell also preceded him in death. Michael married the former Peggy June Blankenship on July 27, 1980, sharing almost thirty-two years together. He leaves behind his wife, Peggy and their three children, Jacqueline, Kevin, and Jonathon. Most of Michael's life was spent on the road driving a truck. He transported for Nestle Waters for a few years and then went to work for B&M Trucking for the last ten years. Michael was a member of Corinth Church of Christ. He is survived by; Wife, Peggy Blankenship Bell, Daughter, Jacqueline (Darrick) Vaughn, Sons,Kevin (Beth) Bell, Jonathon (Meagan) Bell, Grandchildren, Jacelynn Vaughn, Kristin Vaughn,Hayden Vaughn, and Hank Bell all of the Galen Community in Macon County, TN, and Sister,Melissa McGahee of Cookeville, TN.
