The Family has my deepest sympathy on Darryl's passing. Darryl and I went to Watertown High School together myself one year behind him. We also worked together at Wilson County Sheriffs Office. I haven't seen or talked to him in years but the memories of the time we spent together will last forever. He was always light hearted and full of laughter and looked forward to what awaited behind the next door. It is some of these memories that lead me to stay in law enforcement having learned from the mistakes Darryl and I made together. I have now been at Murfreesboro Police for 34 years and am now the Assistant Chief at the Department. But still some of the best memories I have were in the early years and Darryl was a big part to those.
Again I am saddened by his passing and offer my deepest sympathy on your loss.
