Obituary of Don F. Wade

Don Freeman Wade, age 74 of the White Oak Community in Macon County, TN passed away on Sunday morning, October 14, 2012 at his residence. Cremation was chosen and there will be no services at this time. Don was born on June 20, 1938 to the late Calvin Ray Wade and Jessie Mack Waggoner Wade. He was one of four children born to this union. Don was a Veteran, serving in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He retired after twenty-one years of service, in 1972. After returning to the States, Don worked as a self-employed Instrumentation Tech, working in machine maintenance until 2007. He has five children and one step-child. Don married the former Dianne Kroupa on April 7, 1991, sharing twenty-one years together. Don was a member of the Lafayette VFW and past member of the Masonic Lodge. Don will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends. He is survived by, Wife, Dianne Wade of the White Oak Community in Macon County, TN, Sons, Tim (Breen)Wade of Michigan, Mark (Sandy) Wade of Vermont, Kevin (Cathy) Wade of Mobile, AL, Daughters, Donna (Rick) Stephens of Orlinda, TN, Debbie (Frank) Taylor of Biloxi, MS, Step-daughter, Tamara L. (David) Gregory of Glasgow, KY, Brother, Jay (Judy) Wade of Texas, Richard Wade of Kentucky, Sister, Cynthia Hamilton of Chattanooga, TN, and seven grandchildren, also survived.
