Obituary of Dickie Donoho

DICKIE LYNN DONOHO was born in Macon County, Tennessee on July 30, 1953 to the late Estes Lee and Hilda Lane Owen Donoho. He was one of five siblings born to this union. Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by brothers, Ricky, Edward, and Dewene Donoho. As a young man, Dickie was married and had one daughter, Shauna. Dickie worked at Carter Automotive for several years and at Hartmann Luggage in Lebanon before his failing health forced him to retire in the early 90's. Dickie took a lot of pride in his yard where he enjoyed growing flowers. He also loved to raise a garden, but his passion was visiting with friends and family and lending a helping hand. He loved being with people, and he was always more than willing to help out in any way that he could. He was a member of the Lafayette Church of Christ. On Wednesday, January 16, 2013, Dickie completed his course here on earth. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Funeral services for Dickie Donoho were conducted Friday, January 18th, at 11am from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Jerry Mercer officiating. Interment followed in the Anderson and Son Memorial Park. Dickie is survived by; Daughter, Shauna (Richard) Osborne, Grandchildren, Chloe and Bristol Osborne, Sister, Joann (Randall) Goodman, Sister-in-law, Maidean Donoho, several nieces and nephews also survive.
