Obituary of Louise Dyer

Louise Dyer was born in Lafayette, TN on February 18, 1918 to the late William Bert Shaw and Virgie Mahaney Shaw. Louise was one of four siblings born to this union. As a young woman, Louise married Robert Lee Dyer. Together they raised four children, and shared the ups and downs in life from Oregon to Indiana and Tennessee. Louise was a good mama. Besides her parents and husband; infant son, William David Dyer, son, Aubrey Ray Dyer, and sisters, Lorene Shaw, Irene Shaw, and Gladys Austin also preceded Louise in death. Louise worked at a shirt factory until she retired in the early 90's. She loved her co-workers as a second family. Louise loved cooking, quilting, gardening, and traveling, and she never lost her interest for things in life. She was very proud of the fact that during her many travels she got the chance to visit the Holy land and she even rode a camel. Most importantly, Louise was saved at the age of 13, and united with Enon Missionary Baptist Church. On Friday, February 15, 2013, the Lord called Louise home. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.
