Obituary of Verlin Mullins

Verlin Mullins, age 65, of Lafayette, passed away Sunday morning, March 10, 2013, at Westmoreland Care and Rehab. There will be no services conducted at this time. He was born on February 26, 1948 in Menifee, Kentucky to the late Rollie Mullins and Vina Meads Mullins. He was one of seven siblings born to this union. Besides his parents; brothers, Harold Dean Mullins, and Bradley Mullins, and sister, Brenda Mullins also preceded Verlin in death. Verlin was a welder working on Heavy Equipment for twenty years, before retiring in 2005. He enjoyed taking care of horses and just watching them play in the fields. He leaves behind one daughter, and two sons. Verlin will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by; Sons, Randy Mullins and wife Lisa of Bowling Green, KY James Mullins of Lafayette Daughter, Kimberly Tompkins and husband Billy of Bowling Green, KY Sister, Penny Mullins of Ohio Brothers, Roy Mullins and wife Barbara of Mt. Sterling, KY Wallace Mullins of Florida Grandchildren, Johnathan Mullins & Holly Jo Botts Zach & Tyler Tompkins all of Bowling Green, KY Jordan Haywood of Missouri
