Obituary of Patricia Ann Caruthers

Patricia Ann Caruthers was born in Franklin, Kentucky on November 16, 1948 to the late James Oliver Prater and Effie Dora Summerville Prater. She was one of six siblings born to this union. As a young lady, Patricia was married and had three sons, Timothy, Billy, and Jeffery and one daughter, Cathy. Later in life, Patricia was married to Gary Caruthers sharing twenty-four wonderful years together. Patricia enjoyed caring for her home and loved the opportunity to stayed home and raise her children. Patricia loved spending all the time she could, with her children and grandchildren. She attended the Gospel House of Prayer. Patricia liked to spend the day when her family going to yard sales and Goodwill. She also, enjoyed working in her flowers. On Monday, May 13, 2013 Patricia left this world for a better place. She will be greatly missed by her loved and many friends. Funeral Services for Patricia Ann Caruthers were conducted Thursday at 11 am from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Whittemore officiating. Donnie Likens, Jayden Barrett, and Braison Barrett served as Honorary Pallbearers. Randy Likens, Joseph Likens, Steven Robinson, Marcus Harris, Matthew Likens, William Likens, and Brandon Harris served as Active Pallbearers. Interment followed in the Haysville Cemetery. Patricia is survived by, Husband, Gary Caruthers, Daughter, Cathy (David), Sons, Timothy Baskerville, Billy Baskerville, and Jeffery Baskerville, Brothers, Tommy (Patricia) Prater, and David (Debbie) Prater, Sisters, Betty McElyea, and Dora (Wess) Welch, 9 Grandchildren, and 6 Great Grandchildren also survive.
