Obituary of Bobby Dirce Graves

Bobby Dirce Graves was born in Allen County, Kentucky on February 2, 1940 to the late Herbert William Graves and Ora Estell Blankenship. He was one of two siblings born to this union. As a young man Bobby married the love of his life Linda Maxine Andrews on February 23, 1969. Together they raised two children and shared 37 wonderful years together until her passing in 2007. After high school, Bobby attended nursing school and became an LPN. He worked in this field for 42 years and was extremely proud of his work. In his spare time, he enjoyed making flower arrangements and loved to fish. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and loved ones. Bobby was a spiritual man and attended Freedom Church in Kentucky. On May 17, 2013 the Lord called Bobby home. He will truly be missed by all of his family, friends, and all that knew and loved him. Funeral Services for Bobby Graves were conducted Sunday at 2:30 pm from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor James Graves officiating. Glenn howard, Rodney Shoemake, Carl Fishburn, Glendal Willoughby, Cody Brown, Shrum served as Active Pallbearers. Interment Followed at the Haysville Cemetery. Bobby is survived by; Son, Mike (Melinda) Graves, Daughter, Tammy Davenport, Brother, James (Dorothy) Graves, Grandchildren, Jessica (Joey) Dyer, Jonathan Graves, Jereca Graves, Amanda Davenport, Julia Graves, Matthew Davenport, and Great-Grandchild, Ellie Dyer also survives.
