Obituary of Barry E. DeBusk

BARRY DEBUSK, age 58, of Lafayette, TN passed away on Friday, June 3rd from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral Services for Mr. Barry DeBusk were conducted on Monday, June 6, at 6 p.m. from the Chapel of the Alexander Funeral Home with Reverend Bruce Kirby, Sr. officiating. Cremation followed the funeral service. Mr. Barry was born on April 5, 1953 to the late John Henry DeBusk and Mildred Inez Head DeBusk in Ozella, Florida. He was the youngest of seven children. He was employed at GAP, Inc. in Gallatin as a merchandise handler for the last six years. Barry was married to Karen Lee Giese DeBusk on October 17, 1981, sharing the last twenty-nine years together, Karen survives. He has three beautiful daughters that he loved deeply. His family and church was on top of his list of priorities. Christ Alive Church in Lafayette was where he was a faithful Member, Trustee, and Deacon of the church. Computer Technology was something he was very knowledgeable about. That was where you could find him most of the time, on the computer. He also enjoyed photographing, repairing electronics, and watching NASCAR racing. Barry's life was cut short, but he left behind many wonderful memories for his family and friends. He is survived by; Wife; Karen DeBusk, Daughters; Amanda Lee DeBusk, Elizabeth Corrine DeBusk all of Lafayette, TN, and Kimberly Ann of Nashville, TN, Brothers; Lloyd and wife JoAnn DeBusk , Bill and wife Sharon DeBusk, Sister; Rebecca and husband Larry Alt all of Florida, several Nieces and Nephews and a host of Cousins also survive.
