Obituary of Juanita "Pat" Patricia Moore

Pat Moore, age 85, of Lebanon, passed away on December 1, 2016. The Funeral Service, conducted by Mike Reeder and Mike Vaughn, is 2 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2016 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday from 11 a.m. until the service. Interment in Brush Creek Cemetery will follow the service. Pallbearers: If you would like to make Memorial Donations in honor of Pat: Highland Heights Church of Christ (505 N. Cumberland Street, Lebanon TN 37087). Pallbearers: Tommy Reeder, Bo Ford, Don Maddell, Tommy Chaffin, Zachary Nelson, and Kevin Smith. Honorary Pallbearers: Robin Forrest and Peyton Knowles. Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by her husband Oval Moore, parents Elbert and Dexie Ford, and brothers James Ford and David Ford. She is survived by daughter Pam Stafford (Larry), grandchildren Krista Rainwater (Kevin), Jeff Stafford, and Matthew Stafford, great-grandchild Kirstin Rainwater, sister Flora Lee Reeder, and 4 generations of nieces and nephews.
