Obituary of David Earl Swindell

David “Billy” Swindell, age 86, passed away on February 28, 2017. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. and on Friday from noon until the service. Funeral Service is 2 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2017 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home. Mr. Swindell served in the United States Navy, the West Nashville Kiwanis Club, the Tuckers Crossroads Elementary PTA President, and as a Wilson County Commissioner. He was previously personnel manager at Precision Rubber, retired as plant manager at Springs Bath Fashions. He spent his free time golfing, hunting, and fishing. Mr. Swindell was a member of Saulsbury Baptist Church. He is survived by wife Anna “Kitty” Swindell, daughters Kelly Swindell Harris and Stacy Swindell, grandchildren Billy Wayne Harris and Layce Booker, and sister Linda Couch.
