Obituary of Linda Sue Vaughn

Linda Sue Vaughn, age 69 of Gallatin, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 11th at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with Pastor Andy Stephens officiating. Visitation will be Friday, March 10th from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 11th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Vaughn was born October 5, 1947 in Old Hickory, TN to the late Paul Chandler and Margaret Denson Chandler. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, George Henry Vaughn, Sr.; and brother, Paul “Buster” Chandler. She is survived by sons, George Henry Vaughn, Jr (Kimberly) of Castalian Springs and Evan Vaughn (Lynn) of Portland; daughter, Georgia Redmond of Gallatin; 5 grandchildren, Kristen Hudson (Mark), Aaron Vaughn, Jeremey Vaughn, D. J. Taylor, and Kassie Taylor; and 5 great grandchildren, Brooklyn Newman, Maison Hudson, Brenan Hudson, Emitt Hudson, and Piper Hudson. Online condolences may be submitted at alexanderfh.info.
