Obituary of Johnny Wayne Shook
Mr. Johnny Wayne Shook, age 63, of Lafayette, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Funeral services for Mr. Johnny Shook are scheduled to be conducted on Monday, October 30, 2017, at 1 PM from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Traughber and Jackie Wakefield officiating. Interment will follow in the New Bethel Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Sunday, October 29, 2017, from 11 AM until 9 PM, and on Monday from 9 AM until service time at 1PM.
