Obituary of Nancy Lorraine Cook

Nancy Lorraine Cook, age 62 of Gallatin, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018.  Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 22^nd in the chapel of Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home (100 Albert Gallatin Avenue), with Pastor William Douglas II officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday, August 21^st from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, August 22^nd from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.  Interment will follow the service at Siloam Cemetery, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Mrs. Cook was born March 21, 1956 in Bethpage to the late Tommy Slayton and Pauline Sircy Slayton.  She is survived by daughter, Kimberly Slayton of Gallatin; son, Tracy Slayton (Brittany) of Gallatin; sister, Donna Taylor of Portland; 3 grandchildren, Erica Bondy, Liam Slayton, and Nolan Slayton; 2 great grandchildren, Trinity Lord and Benjamin Bondy; devoted niece, Laurie Taylor of Gallatin; devoted great niece, Elexis Ellis of Gallatin; nephews, Mark Taylor and Chris Taylor;  great nephews, Stephen Taylor, Arnez Taylor, and a host of nieces and nephews; and devoted friends, Patricia Bennett, Brenda Anderson, and Tina Groves.  Online condolences may be submitted at alexanderheritagefh.com.  Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home has been honored with arrangements.
