Obituary of G. A. McGee

G. A. McGee, age 57 of Gallatin, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018.  Funeral Service, with military honors, will be Thursday, September 20^th at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home, 100 Albert Gallatin Avenue, with Bro. Doyle Farris officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday, September 19^th from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 20^th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m.

Mr. McGee was born June 6, 1961 in Goshen, IN.  He is survived by wife of 33 years, Syble L. Brown McGee of Gallatin; parents, Ottie Kile Yoder (Merle) of Castalian Springs; father, George McGee (Janelle) of Franklin, KY; sons, Jason McGee (Amber) of Portland and Justin McGee of Chattanooga; brothers, Kevin McGee of Hartsville, Daryl McGee of Castalian Springs, and Brian McGee (Sharon) of Cottontown; sister, Robin Kilmon (Phillip) of Gallatin; and 2 grandchildren, Trenten McGee and Piper McGee.  Mr. McGee served our country in the United States Navy.  He was the owner of McGee’s Handy Service and Scout Master of Scout Troop 75 for 10 years.  Online condolences may be submitted at alexanderheritagefh.com.  Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home has been honored with arrangements.
