Obituary of James Earl Perrigo

Mr. James Earl Perrigo, age 82, of Lafayette, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018, at Westmoreland Care and Rehab in Westmoreland.  Funeral services for Mr. James Perrigo are scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at 11 AM from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Drury Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, from 11 AM until 8 PM and on Wednesday, from 9 AM until service time on 11 AM.

Family requests memorial contributions towards the funeral expense.
