Obituary of Robert "Bob" McCord

Robert “Bob” McCord, age 76 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019.  Celebration of Life Visitation will be Friday, January 18^th from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Family Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. McCord was born June 16, 1942 in Chicago, IL.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Butler McCord; father, Jim McCord; and brother, Barry Scott McCord.  He is survived by daughters, Jackie McCord (Robert Neal) of Castalian Springs, Melinda Cleek (Mike) of Old Hickory, Theresa Lankford (Russ) of Buford, GA, and Dameron Johnson (Boyd) of Hendersonville; son, Ronnie Tennant (Leigh) of Gallatin; 9 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.  Mr. McCord served our country in the United States Army.  He retired from Feldkircher Wire as Senior Vice President after many years of service.
