Obituary of Brian Scott Illobre

Brian Scott Illobre- Age 36, entered into the arms of his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. A Celebration of his life will be conducted on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at 2:00pm, in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Saturday one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

Brian was born on July 11, 1982, in San Diego, California. He was a 2001 graduate of Lebanon High School where he played on the golf team. He was an avid New York Yankees fan and fisherman. Brian was employed with Bridgestone Tires and a member of The Bridge Fellowship. He loved his wife, his girls, and his family.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mike Illobre; Harold and Marie Fredrichs; uncles, Tony, Steve, and Marc Illobre. Survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Samirah Hodge Illobre; the light of his life, 2 girls, Greenlee and Rowan Illobre; parents, Mike and Donna Illobre; brother, Mike (Karen) Illobre; sister, Teresa Illobre; parents in law, Bob and Lydia Hodge; sister in laws, Charley (Ben) Briscoe and Trina Hodge; grandmother, Mary E. Illobre; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.
