Obituary of Virginia Lee

Virginia Lee, age 78 of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, passed away on March 28^th, 2019. She was born in Byrdstown, Tennessee to the late Clayton Burras and Nettie “Jane” Hardin Rich. Mrs. Lee loved bluegrass music and drinking coffee on her front porch in her rocking chair, but she especially loved being a “Grandma”.

            The Funeral Service will be conducted Monday, April 1^st, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet. Interment will follow in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 31^st from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Monday, April 1^st from 10:00 a.m. until service time.

            In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Rema Story and Ruby Glass. She is survived by loving husband of 60 years, Herman Lee; sons, James Alan (Kate) Lee and Brian Scott (Paige) Lee; grandchildren, Jacqueline Danielle Lee, Tristan Scott Lee, and Mallory Reese Lee; sister, Emogene King; brother – in – law, Jack (Jerley) Lee; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
