Obituary of Vida Mae Gewendelean Clark

Vida Mae Gewendelean “Pete” Clark, age 93 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019.  Graveside Service will be Monday, May 20^th at 2:00 p.m. at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with Bro. Jason Harlin officiating.  Visitation will be Sunday, May 19^th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Family Heritage Funeral Home and Monday, May 20^th from 12:00 p.m. until time to leave for the cemetery at 1:45 p.m.  Family and friends will honor her memory as pallbearers.

Mrs. Clark was born November 4, 1925 in Crystal Springs, AR to the late James P. Clark and Gracie Ethel Sells Clark.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, Corbitt W. Clark, Henry Clark, and Grady Clark; and sister, Sarah Lynn.  She is survived by nieces and nephew, Carol Puckette of Ohio, Dorothy Shepard of Ashland City, Donnetta Shepard of Manchester, Katherine Lanette of Clarksville, Brenda Mitchell of Gallatin, Sanford David Lynn of Gainesboro, and Gracie Linda Law of Westmoreland.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.  Family Heritage Funeral Home has been honored with arrangements.
