Obituary of Rod Schuh

Schuh, Rodney Wayne, age 71 of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, passed away on June 26, 2019. Mr. Schuh was a Plant Manager at Siegel Robert of Tennessee for thirty years. He served as Mayor of Lauderdale County, Tennessee for eight years. He was both coach and President of Dixie Youth Baseball for twenty-five years. Rod mentored many young men he met through work and coaching baseball. He was also a member of Asbury UMC in Ripley, Tennessee for 28 years. He enjoyed fishing, playing golf, shooting pool, and attending sporting events.

There will be a Visitation on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 5:00 until 8:00 in the evening at Sellars Funeral Home in Mount Juliet.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Carolyn Seifert Schuh; children, Darrell (Cindy) Schuh, and Eric (Nicole) Schuh; grandchildren, Sam, Caroline, Erin, and Eli; brother-in-law, Bruce (Twilla) Seifert; neice, LeAnn (Tom) Jackoboice; and nephew, Mike (April) Seifert.  He was preceded in death by son, Aaron Benjamin Schuh; parents, Carol Wayne and Mary Lucille Schuh.
