<p>Mrs. Wilma Inell Belcher, age 84 of Hartsville, TN passed away Friday evening, July 14, 2017 at Lebanon Health & Rehab, Lebanon, TN.</p>
<p>Preceded in death by: Husband, Russell Belcher.</p>
<p>Survived by: Son, Royce (Renee) Belcher-Hartsville, TN; Daughter, Kathy Sue Jones-Hartsville, TN; 6 Grandchildren, Jedidiah B. (Paige) Jones, Hannah R. Jones, Connor W. Belcher, Claire D. Belcher, Kipp West & Kannon West; Great Grandchild, Tyson Jones and Sister, Pauline Fisher-Bethpage, TN.</p>
<p>Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Sunday, July 16, 2017 conducted by Bro. Jerry Mercer. Interment will be in the Hartsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 8 PM Saturday and 11 AM until service time Sunday.</p>
