<p>Mr. Joe Sam Carter, age 59 of Hartsville, TN passed away Wednesday evening, August 30, 2017 at his home.</p> <p>Preceded in death by: Parents, William Arnette &amp; Ruth Dean Carter; Brother, Willie Carter and Sister, Jalayne Rolin.</p> <p>Survived by: Wife, Nancy Carter-Hartsville, TN; Daughter, April (Derrick Harris) Carter-Hartsville, TN; 3 Grandchildren, Cody Carter, Dillon Humes &amp; Joshua Stewart; 4 Brothers, Bill (Brenda Neal) Carter-Westmoreland, TN, Jeff Carter-Bethpage, TN, Chuck (Tammy) Carter-Bethpage, TN &amp; Cecil Carter-Bethpage, TN; 5 Sisters, Teresa (Randy Blair) Davis-Hartsville, TN; Katie (Ronnie) Scruggs-Westmoreland, TN; Debbie (Steve) Woodard-Hartsville, TN; Brenda (Butch) Jones-Lafayette, TN and Joyce Thompson-Hartsville, TN.</p> <p>Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Saturday, September 2, 2017 conducted by Bro. Johnny Claiborne. Interment will be in the Willow Grove Cemetery.
