Obituary of Jane D. Crook
<p>Mrs. Jane D. Crook, age 95 of Lebanon, TN passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at her Granddaughter’s home. Mrs. Crook was born in 1922 in Amherst, Ohio to the late Earl and Dora Miller. She resided in Tennessee for the last 3 and one half years with her granddaughter and her family. Prior, she was a resident of the state of Florida where she worked as a licensed Optician.<br /><br />She was preceded in death by: her husband, James Crook and grandson, Michael Borovik. She is survived by: daughter, Sandra Orf-Lebanon, TN; Son, David Franklin-Sebastian, FL; Granddaughter and caregiver, Julie (Jeff) Porter-Lebanon, TN; Grandchildren, Dawn (Chris) Smith, Jamie (Dawn) Franklin, Ryan Franklin and Trisha Franklin; Great Grandchildren, Zach (Kristy) Porter, Becky (Chase) Johnson, Brianna Porter, Anthony Borovik and Crystal Borovik, additionally 10 Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren, Daisy Jo and Royce Johnson.<br /><br />Funeral services were held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 5 PM Sunday, February 18, 2018 conducted by Bro. Gary Drennon and Eld. Chase Johnson. Entombment Hillcrest Memorial Park, West Palm Beach, FL.
