Obituary of Frank Allen Sircy
<p>Mr. Frank Allen Sircy, age 73 of Hartsville, TN passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Sumner Regional Medical Center, Gallatin, TN.</p>
<p>He was the 10<sup>th</sup> child of the late Lukie B. Sircy and Alice Elizabeth Stubblefield. Mr. Sircy worked for the City of Hartsville for approximately 11 years and for the City of Gallatin for 34 years as a heavy equipment operator, retiring February 2, 2009</p>
<p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: Brothers, Edward, Charles, Paul & James Sircy and Sisters, Gelema McClanahan, Moline Sircy and Madeline Summers.</p>
<p>Survived by: Wife of 44 years, Inez Presley Sircy-Hartsville, TN and 2 Sisters, Naomi Watson-Gallatin, TN and Myrtle Page-Lebanon, TN.</p>
