<p>Mr. Earl Monroe Patrick Sr., age 74 of Castalian Springs, TN passed away Sunday morning, March 24, 2019 at Elmcroft of Hendersonville.</p> <p>Preceded in death by:&nbsp; Parents, Monroe &amp; Rosalee Patrick; Son, Gregory Allen Patrick and 2 Brothers, Howard &amp; Carl Patrick.</p> <p>Survived by:&nbsp; 2 Sons, Earl Monroe (Julie) Patrick Jr.-Castalian Spring, TN and Jeremy Patrick-Westmoreland, TN; 2 Daughters, Trisha Patrick-Hartsville, TN and Sarah Patrick-Red Boiling Springs, TN;&nbsp;8 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; 2 Brothers, Charlie (Carol) Patrick-North Manchester, IN and James (Carol) Patrick-LaGrange, IN; Sister, Virginia (Herb) Smith-Warsaw, IN and Half Sister, Teresa (Dusty) Rhoades-Warsaw, IN.</p> <p>Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Wednesday, March 27, 2019 conducted by Bro. Gene Martino. Interment will be in the Green Grove Cemetery.
