Obituary of Evelene Vance

Evelene Vance, age 87 of Gallatin, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019.  Funeral Service will be Monday, December 2nd at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home.  Visitation will be Sunday, December 1st from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Monday, December 2nd from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.  Interment will follow the service at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Mrs. Vance was born May 29, 1932 in Lafayette to the late Taft Wright and Martha Veatch Wright.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Lewis Vance; siblings, Roy Wright, Glen Wright, James Wright, Bobby Wright, Taft Wright, Jr., George Wright, Olene Grace, and Molene Copeland.  She is survived by daughters, Connie Tuttle of Gallatin and Teresa Saunders (Will) of Gallatin; brother, Billy Wright (Jean) of Portland; sisters, Kathlene Douglas of Portland, Susie Walker (Wayne) of Portland, and Linda Munday of Portland; 9 grandchildren, Ryan Kocher, Jake Kocher, Nick Tuttle (Kandi), Stacy Tuttle (Valerie), Lindsey Forsyth (Mark), Mitchel Tuttle, Philip Vance (Chrystal Miller), Bradley Saunders, and Jared Saunders; and 15 great grandchildren.  Mrs. Vance worked for Service America at Eaton Corporation.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.  Family Heritage Funeral Home has been honored with arrangements.
