Obituary of Lois Dean Cox

Lois Dean Cox, age 68, of Gallatin, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 30, 2019.  Funeral Service will be Wednesday, December 4^th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Bro. Charles Carr officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday, December 3^rd from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 4^th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow the service at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.

Mrs. Cox was born December 17, 1950, in Macon County to the late Jessie Goldman Alexander and Bertha Mae Johns Alexander.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Jerry Cox to whom she married on December 24, 1988. She is also preceded in death by siblings, Rillis Dean Alexander, Willie Mae Alexander, J. T. Alexander, Willard Alexander, Olean Hanvy, Ruby Graves, and Bonnie Graves.  Lois is survived by a sister, Jo Graves of Gallatin; and several nieces and nephews.  Lois was saved at the age of eleven.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.  Family Heritage Funeral home has been honored with arrangements.
