Obituary of David Wayne Bayles

David Wayne Bayles, age 55 of Westmoreland, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019. Funeral Service will be Sunday, December 29th at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Bro. Jerry Peace Officiating. Visitation will be Friday, December 27th from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m., Saturday, December 28th from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, December 29th from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Keytown Cemetery, with Bill Duffer, Jamie Lee, David “Bubs” Petty, Steve Stringer, Bill Russo, Timmy McLain, Tony Reyes, and Jackie Hunter serving as pallbearers. Mr. Bayles was born October 4, 1964 in Franklin, KY. He is survived by wife of 6 ½ years, Tonya Matthews Bayles of Westmoreland; father, Gary Wayne Bayles (Carol) of Franklin, KY; mother, Alice Louise Escue Birdwell of Bethpage; children, Kasey Bayles of Bethpage and Daniel Bayles of Bethpage; step-children, Cody Griffin of Carthage, Chad Griffin of Gallatin, Chantay Teasley (Hugo) of Gallatin, and Carly Griffin of Gallatin; brother, Eric Birdwell of Bethpage; sister, Theresa Petty of Lafayette; 8 grandchildren, Madysin Griffin, C. J. Teasley, Kaden Bayles, Cadence Bayles, Bella Griffin, Daken Teasley, Emmett Reed, and Summer Griffin; and many nieces and nephews.
