Obituary of Bubba Slayton

Bubba Slayton, age 56 of Gallatin, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, December 31st at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Bro. Tony Tucker officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 31st from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses. Mr. Slayton was born December 20, 1963 in Sumner County to the late Willie Gene Slayton and Sarah Jane Carter Slayton. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Evon Price and Diane Slayton. He is survived by sons, Ben Slayton (Kelsey) of Hendersonville and Nicholas Slayton (Kelsie) of Gallatin; daughters, Krystle Comer of Gallatin and Stacy Anderson of Portland; sisters, Pam Nelson of Gallatin, Katherine Brown of Bethpage, and Judy Anderson (Gregory) of Portland; and 4 grandchildren, Zeke Slayton, Etta Grace Slayton, Estella Jane Slayton, and Delia Slayton.
