Obituary of Timothy Frank Kyle

Timothy Frank Kyle, of Mount Juliet, TN, died on Friday, January 10th, 2020, shortly after suffering from a severe stroke. Born July, 29th, 1948 in Newport, AR to the late Milton “Banty” and Thelma Mae Kyle, Tim is dearly loved and will be remembered for keeping us all laughing. A graduate of Nicholas Blackwell High School, Tim later earned his Associates in Chemical Engineering from the State Technical Institute at Memphis. Serving in the U.S. Army, Tim earned the rank of SP4 where he worked as a dog handler. An accomplished builder, Tim used his gifts willingly to bless the world. Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Milton “Banty” and Thelma Mae Kyle, and survived by his beloved wife, Doris, of thirty years, also of Mount Juliet, TN. Tim Kyle is also survived by his children, Traci Kyle (Tommy) Hill and Timothy “Jeron” Kyle (Danielle) and his ten grandchildren, Tori Hill Fortner, Tannah, and Tate Hill, and Sheridan “Asher”, Liam, Kathryn-Grace, Julia, Timothy “Jude”, Samuel, and Nathanael Kyle, as well as his stepchildren, Jeffrey Heinz, and Connie (Michael) Griffiths. A gathering in remembrance of Tim will be held at Abundant Life Church, 1000 Woodridge Pl, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122, on Saturday, January 18th, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a Military Flag Presentation at 3:00 p.m. Arrangements by Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet, 2229 N. Mt.
