Obituary of Hollis B. Wix

Mr. Hollis B. Wix, age 85, of the Rocky Mound Community in Macon County, passed away, Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Hollis Wix are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, January 30, 2020, from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Reverend David Scruggs and Reverend John Racioppa officiating. Interment will follow in the Shrum Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, from 11 AM until 9 PM and on Thursday, from 9 AM until service time at 2 PM. Family requests memorial contributions in the form of donations be made to Shrum Cemetery. Mr. Hollis B. Wix is survived by; Son, Terry Wix and wife, Sherry Daughter, Patsy Dean and husband, Robert Sisters, Clara Mahaney Cassie Turner Ann Wolf and husband, Lewis Brothers, Murl Wix Harold Wix and wife, Joyce Danny Wix and wife, Linda Kenneth Wix and wife, Sheila Six Grandchildren, Nine Great-Grandchildren, and a host of extended family also survive.
