Obituary of Betty Louise Keegan

Betty Louise Keegan was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on September 23, 1928 to Harold and Mary Clouse. She was devoted to the two great loves of her life. She was raised in the church and had a deep love for Jesus from childhood and she married Wayne Keegan on June 7, 1947. Betty spent her life doing what she knew best - loving people. She had the ability to love anyone and everyone she met, without condition. Everyone who knew her, knew what it was to be loved. She raised two daughters who also fell in love with Jesus. Betty worked mostly as a stay at home mother but also joined the work force as a secretary to help put both girls through school. Always one to be in church, Betty’s last church home was Goodlettsville Nazarene Church, but now receives her mail in Heaven. She was preceded in death by her sister Kathleen. She is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Wayne; daughters Kay Jones (husband Terry) and Beverly Pippen (husband Paul); 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren. Plans for a memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Betty’s name to MessItUpPodcast.com.
