Obituary of Harley C. York
Harley York passed away on March 31, 2020 at age 75. Funeral services will be private. Interment will be in Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
Mr. York retired from the United States Army after serving three tours in Vietnam. In civilian life, he was a painter, a musician, and a songwriter. He is survived by children Troy (Judy) York, Tony (Amy) York, Tammy Reeves, Tonya York, and Toby York, siblings Dorothy Cox, Ruby Diane Ellis, Alma Jean Kinslow, and Betty Sue Brummett, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by parents Harley C. and Nora Mae Raines York Sr., and siblings Odean York, James Larry York, Bedford York, Odell Anderson, and Wanda Kent.
