Obituary of Linda Joyce Rich

“Mama Linda” Rich passed away on May 16, 2020 age 76. The Funeral Service is 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2020 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12 p.m. until the service. Interment in Hurricane Baptist Church Cemetery will follow the service. Mrs. Rich retired as Housekeeping Supervisor from Cedars of Lebanon State Park after 27 years. She was a member of Hurricane Baptist Church and loved gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Mama Linda was also a part time care-giver. Mrs. Rich is survived by daughters: Regina (David) Estes, Ginger (Terry) Johnson, and Jennifer Christian; grandchildren: Jeremy Frye, Shan (Tara) Frye, Amanda (Brian) Netherton, Sabrina Frye, Amber Frye, Colby (Kellsi) Frye, Justin Estes, Jessica Estes, Mason Johnson, and Madelynn Johnson; 21 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; siblings: Ricky Hager, Joann Bragg, Fannie Allgood, Doris Trice Hager, and Virginia Linhardt; several nieces and nephews; and extended family and close friends: Connie Bradley, Krystle Baum, Misty Layhew, Robbie Bradley, Sherry Loftis, Peggy Alexander, Helen Alexander, and Nancy and Bill Johnson. She is preceded in death by sons Paul Allen Frye, Terry Sanford Frye, Steve “Whitey” Frye, and Chuck Frye, parents Orville and Earline Massey Hager, sisters Irene Frances Hager and Ruby Lene Blair, and brothers Larry Hager and Al Kenneth Hager. The family extends their deepest gratitude to Avalon Hospice for the love and care shown to Mrs. Rich, and also to Dr. Kennedy and staff at Centennial Medical Center, Dr. Hemphill and staff, Dr. Jantz, and Dr. Pack.
