Obituary of Betty Lou Turner

Ms. Betty Lou Turner, age 85, of Lafayette, passed away Monday, June 8, 2020, at Skyline Medical Center. Funeral services for Betty Lou Turner are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, June 11, 2020, at 11 AM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Jerry Mercer officiating. Interment will follow in the Gamaliel Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, from 12 PM until 8 PM, and on Thursday, from 8 AM until service time at 11 AM. Betty Lou Turner is preceded in death by; Husband, Ottie Turner; Daughter, Penny Frances Anderson; Parents, Hobson Biggerstaff and Mary Frances Crawford Biggerstaff; Brothers, Clifford Biggerstaff, Jess Biggerstaff, and Bill Biggerstaff; Sisters, Dolly Thomas, and Mylinda Hoffman Brandon. Ms. Betty Lou Turner is survived by; Grandson, Levi Dakota Anderson Son-in-Law, Jerry Thomas Anderson Step Grandchildren, Jerry Thomas Anderson, Jr. Kayla Rena Wisdom Dylan Lane Anderson Savannah Cheyanne Anderson Brothers, John Biggerstaff and wife, Wanda George Biggerstaff and wife, May Gary Biggerstaff and wife, Connie Sister, Flora Nell Copass and husband, Doug Five Step Great-Grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
