Obituary of Linda Jo George

Ms. Linda Jo George, age 76, of Lafayette, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020, at Stonecrest Assisted Living. Funeral services for Linda George are scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at 11 AM from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Carman officiating. Interment will follow in Drury Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, from 5 PM until 8 PM, and on Wednesday, from 9 AM until service time at 11 AM. Ms. Linda Jo George was preceded in death by her parents, Lucian George and Alma Sanders George; brothers, Harvey George and Pete George; sister, Dixie Wooten; and Two infant sisters.
