Obituary of William Eugene Fisher

Mr. William Eugene Fisher, age 80, of Lafayette, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at Vanderbilt Medical Center. A private family graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at 1 PM from the Macon County Memorial Gardens with Elder Tony Allen officiating. Interment will follow. If there is anyone who wants to be part of Mr. Eugene Fisher’s service, the family requests that you join in the funeral procession to the cemetery leaving Alexander Funeral Home on Saturday afternoon at 12:30 PM. Once you arrive at the cemetery, everyone except family is asked to remain at your vehicles. They also request out of extreme love and health protection, that anyone in attendance please wear a mask. Family requests donations be made to Haysville Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Eugene Fisher was preceded in death by his parents, Gus and Gladys Toney Fisher; grandson, Kyle Fisher; and infant sister, Dorothy Fisher. He is survived by; Wife, Jo Nell Knight Fisher Children, Marilyn Jones and husband, James Sandra Linville and husband, Steve Danny Fisher and wife, Fredia Grandchildren, Mason Jones and wife, Emily Collin Linville Kayci Rosenthal and husband, Jeremy Great-Grandchildren, Virginia, Kate, and Camille Jones Kasen, Khloe, and Bryar Fisher Siblings, Maynell Hargis Mary Sue McKinley Gus Taylor Fisher Henry Fisher and wife, June Kenneth Fisher and wife, Diane Jerry Fisher A host of nieces and nephews also survive.
