Obituary of Gene Wilson Polston

Mr. Gene Wilson Polston, age 72, of Lafayette, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at Sumner Regional Medical Center. Funeral services for Mr. Gene Wilson Polston are scheduled to be conducted on Friday, August 7, 2020, at 1 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Reverend Scott Rigsby officiating. Interment will follow in the Macon County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, August 6, 2020, from 10 AM until 9 PM, and on Friday, from 9 AM until service time at 1 PM. Mr. Gene Wilson Polston was preceded in death by his parents, Othell Polston and Martha Brummitt Polston, brothers, Junior Polston and Terry Polston. He is survived by; Wife, Ellen Smith Polston Daughter, Sherry Main Son, Barry Polston and wife, Belinda Grandchildren, Zach Polston and wife, MaKenzie Landon Polston Kaitlyn Main Kolton Main Sisters, Hilda Flatt and husband, Wally Rosemary Russell and husband, Rick Brenda Lee Polston Janice Harper Sister-in-law, Judy Polston A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
