Mr. Arthur Dean Summers, age 74 of Hartsville, TN passed away Wednesday evening, August 12, 2020 at his home. Preceded in death by: Parents, Lewis & Rosia Summers; 2 Sisters, Mary Susan “Susie” Summers Mauritz & Mable Alice Willis and Brother, Herman “Buster” (Carol) Templeton. Survived by: Wife, Dorothy Summers-Hartsville, TN; Son, Randy (Tina) Summers-Hartsville, TN; Daughter, Sandy (Chris) Oldham-Hartsville, TN; Brother, Randall (Judy) Summers-Hartsville, TN; 4 Grandchildren, Hailey Summers, Austin Rosen, Emilie Summers and Jackson Summers; 3 Step Grandchildren, Kristen Hix, JR Scott & Leresa Scott; 2 Step Great Grandchildren, Aubrey Gregory & Brantley Gregory and Many Nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Saturday, August 15, 2020 conducted by Bro. James Bell. Interment will be in the Green Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 11 AM to 8 PM Friday and 10 AM until service time Saturday.
