Obituary of Freddy Wayne Scruggs

Mr. Freddy Wayne Scruggs, age 74, of the Oakdale Community in Macon County, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020, at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital in Lebanon, Tennessee. Graveside services with Masonic Rights are scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, August 16, 2020, at 1 PM from the Eulia Cemetery with Reverend Todd O’Hair and Reverend Terry Howser officiating. Interment will follow. If there is anyone who wants to be part of Mr. Freddy’s service, the family requests that you join in the funeral procession to the cemetery leaving Alexander Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon at 12:30 PM. They also request out of extreme love and health protection, that anyone in attendance please wear a mask. Family respectfully request donations be made to the Eulia General Baptist Church Haiti Mission Fund or for New Stained Glass Windows for the church. Mr. Freddy Scruggs was preceded in death by his father, Hilton Scruggs; and grandson, Kyle Fisher. He is survived by; Wife, Sue Neal Carr Scruggs Daughters, Fredia Fisher and husband, Danny Angela Ballou and husband, Paul Mother, Willie Mai Scruggs Brother, Mike Scruggs and wife, Nancy Grandchildren, Ben Ballou and wife, Anna Katie Reid and husband, Lance Kayci Rosenthal and husband, Jeremy Great Grandchildren, Ryder Ballou Harrison Reid Kasen, Khloe, and Bryar Fisher One Great-Granddaughter on the way.
