Obituary of Cindy Bailey Gillihan

Cindy Bailey Gillihan of Portland, passed away on her Birthday November 9, 2020, she was 62 years old. Funeral Service will be Thursday, November 12th at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Bro. John Dale officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, November 12th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens, with Jesse Johns, Johnny Gammon, Gary Kraen, Shelby Blackstock, Cory Sawyers, and Nicholas Gammon serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jessica Woods @ Make A Difference!, 104 Hidden Lake Court, Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075. Cindy was a daughter, sister, wife and mother and was loved by everyone who met her! She was born in Murray, KY to the late Acie Collie Bailey and Pauline Byrd Bailey. She was also preceded in death by sister, Ramona Evans; nephew, Tony Evans; and niece Kelly Evans Cherry. She is survived by husband of 27 years, Larry “Bud” Gillihan, of Portland; son, Chris Gillihan of Portland; sisters, Donna Gammon of Portland, Debbie Sawyers of Paris, TN, and Vickie Bailey of Nashville; brothers, Dan Bailey (Barbie) of Benton, KY and Jimmy Bailey (Kelly) of Murray, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
