Obituary of Winford Sheppard

Winford Sheppard, age 62 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020. Funeral Service will be Monday, November 23rd at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Bro. Matt Miller and Bro. Tim Strickland officiating. Visitation will be Monday, November 23rd from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fountain Head Church of Christ Youth Fund, 290 Fountain Head Road, Portland, TN 37148. Mr. Sheppard was born May 16, 1958 in Gallatin to the late Robert Sheppard and Helen Loveall Sheppard. He is survived by wife of 42 years, Sherri Cantrell Sheppard of Gallatin; daughter, Samantha Sheppard of Gallatin; brothers, Paul Sheppard (Christine) of Gallatin and Charles Sheppard (Denise) of Cottontown; sister, Rita Russell (Randy) of Gallatin; and 2 grandchildren, Mattie Mae and Tyler Robert. Mr. Sheppard retired from Donnelley Printing Company after 30 years of service. He then worked for Quebecor and was currently employed at CSI.
