Obituary of Eric Shawn Jones

Mr. Eric Shawn Jones, age 41, of Lafayette, passed away Friday, November 20, 2020. Funeral services for Eric Shawn Jones are scheduled to be conducted on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 1 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Dewayne Gregory and Brother Michael Swindle officiating. Interment will follow in the Macon County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Monday, November 23, 2020, from 12 PM until 9 PM and on Tuesday from 9 AM until service time at 1 PM. The family respectfully asks that anyone attending the visitation or funeral service to please wear a mask and practice social distancing. Eric Jones was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Ray Beasley Jones. He is survived by; Parents, Harold and Penny Carnahan Brother, Kody Clason and wife, Katie Sisters, Kady Clason Brooke Robinson Grandmother, Olene Jones Step-Sister, Shay Fitzpatrick and husband, Cory Step-Brother, Brandon Carnahan and wife, Courtney Step-Grandparents, Don and Helen Carnahan A host of extended family also survives.
