Obituary of John Leslie Carter, Jr.

John Leslie Carter, Jr., age 70 of Gallatin, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021. John was preceded in death by parents, John and Mary Sircy Carter; brothers, Thomas Carter and Randy Carter. He is survived by sons, Jake (Julie) Carter and Lando (Keri) Carter; grandchildren, Jack, Kate, Claire, and Elle Carter; brothers, Frank (Sheila) Carter, Ray Brown, and Larry Carter. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 9th at 2 pm from the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home at Hendersonville with Pastor Jim Crockett officiating. Interment will follow the service at Spring Hill Cemetery with friends and family serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Monday, February 8th from 4-8 pm and Tuesday, February 9th from 12 pm until time of service.
