William Baxter Hill, age 80 of Gallatin, passed away February 5, 2021. There will be no service. Mr. Hill was born June 27, 1940 in Augusta , GA to the late William Luther Hill and Frances Agnes Phillips Hill. He is survived by wife of 56 years, Hilma Tharpe Hill of Gallatin; and son William T.
