Obituary of Edna Jean Crowder
Edna Jean Crowder, age 74 of Gallatin, passed away Friday, March 12, 2021. There was a Private Graveside Service at Gallatin Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2021, with Scotty Sims, Cody Carpenter, Ronnie Hale, Linda Hale, Lisa Heyn, and Kenny Sims serving as pallbearers. Private family visitation was Sunday, March 14th from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 at Family Heritage Funeral Home. Mrs. Crowder was born September 12, 1946 in Sumner County to the late Herlan “Buster” Sims and Martha Moss Sims. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by grandson, Jeffrey Sims; and brothers, Alvin Sims and Albert Sims. She is survived by daughter, Tammy Carpenter of Gallatin; son, Scotty Sims of Gallatin; brother, Kenny Sims of Gallatin; sister, Linda Hale (Ronnie) of Cross Plains; and one grandchild, Cody Carpenter.
