Obituary of Mary Lucille Parrish

Mary Lucille Parrish, age 80 of Westmoreland, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021. Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 18th in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 17th from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. and Thursday, March 18th from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Fairfield Cemetery, with Michael Piercey, Terry Piercey, Alan Ross, Kristin Newman, Jamie Parrish, and Andy West serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Family Heritage Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses. Mrs. Parrish was born April 28, 1940 in Robertson County to the late Ned Ventress and Ruby Keith Ventress. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sons, Charles Parrish and David Parrish; daughter, Mary Ann Parrish; brother, Harold Ventress; and the father of her children, Robert “Bob” Parrish. She is survived by sons, James Robert Parrish of Westmoreland, Clarence Parrish (Jo Anna) of Westmoreland, and John Adam Parrish of Westmoreland; sisters, Louise Choate and Laverne; 6 grandchildren, Jamie Parrish (Alisa), Brian Parrish (Margarita), Michael Piercey, Terry Piercey, Kristin Newman, and Alan Ross; 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
